the problem is normal people don't have the time to go on vacations and relax that long or to do this, working 5 days out of the week with only 2 days off?. nothing against her or people that have a good life cause anyone would like that or do that. but this isn't possible at all, going to spa or message routines, cleaning your house or outside yard, cooking your own food, kids alone is almost no time for someone. you have to have others help you etc.... the main thing is stress and sleep! which are impossible if you have to work 5 days a week or worry about money. best thing is either be rich. or be someone who doesn't have to be part of society in this world and live out in a forest that provides for u.

What's interesting is that there is a channel which looks at what plastic surgery celebrities have done, and Salma Hayek apparently barely did anything. I personally think genetics have something to do with this, but mostly just eat healthy overall, exercise on a daily basis, doesnt have to be intense, and moisturize your skin! You don't even need something expensive, but just a slight extra layer of fat on your skin.
