Ingredients
Puff pastry
Salmon
1 medium onion fine diced
1 clove garlic minced
Knob of butter
Splash of oil
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 handful of grated parmesan
Salt
Pepper
2 good handfuls of spinach
1 handful breadcrumbs
milk wash

can you freeze the pastry parcel in order to prepare them before?

In my opinion - NO - why? because the contents would soggy the pastry when cooked. Now if you give it a go and it works, please let me know. Best, Rik
