I discovered salmon en croute over the lockdown period and was shocked by how easy and delicious it is! For mine I make a cream cheese/spinach mix to go in the pastry with the salmon. I’ve never tried double layering the salmon, though, so that’s what I’m going to try next time! Thanks for this!

Tasted delicious! Perhaps takes a bit of experience but I think I had a bit too much butter and not enough herbs. I also didn't realise 360g of fish is way too much per person (noob at work here), and had to leave some for the next day. Will definitely make again.
