Brock is "the Man!" Dad taught him well! He is one heck of a fisherman, "the fish whisperer!" You all did great!!! That looks like another perfect spot for this worn out body to be able to negotiate so I could do some fishing. Until that time, I will continue to watch and cheer you all on as you have a great time spending time together as a family, fishing, and sharing Alaska! Did you hear me telling you all to keep the fish away from the logs as you were bringing them in? I was telling you all, "watch out, he's going to head for the logs so he can snap the line or pull the hook out." See! I'm a good coach and cheer leader, this old lady still has it!!! The walkway and ramps are to protect the river bank, no touching the grass bank. Improper etiquette there Mr B. I know its akward but it's the Code.

Over time you will clearly see the difference between a protected fishing hole or not. The difference is quite shocking

I could go on an on, maybe while fishing 1 day, but not at that spot. I love Bings, and the Naptown Rapid. The sound of the Kenia is Incredible too. Try it, you'll like it

What was the rig for flossing? Sounds like 4ft of leader, what pound test and was that connected directly to your floating line? What size lure/hook?
