can you recommend one board to take to Canada this winter. First non-rental board for a low intermediate that would hold up at revy and whistler.

Hey Man, thanks for the last reply! I'm truly looking for an all-around park/freestyler who can do all mountain but is definitely park-capable. Between Greats/Salamon assassing pro or mega mercury?

Really the regular Mercury will do it all the best, no need for the Mega Merc unless you really really want to save a bit of weight

Which board jibs/pops/carves better - the Assassin Pro or the HK Pro?

Huck Knife Pro does everything better, but neither of those are going to be super good for jibbing, the regular Huck Knife would be best at that.

Is it good all mountain freestyle board? I already have Capita Quiver Killer (older traditional stiffer camber) and Horrorscope (flexy rocker) and looking for sth in between. I'd like to ride a little bit faster on edges and still can do some freestyle. Concidering this and Capita Merc (Mega Merc maybe). I would be grateful for your response

The regular Capita Mercury would be the much better option than this, or if you want it to be extra light/fast then the Mega Merc. Technically they seem pretty similar in specs, but the ride was quite different between the Mercury and Assassin Pro

In the meantime, I found a model with similar specs that interested me - Bataleon Goliath +. Have you had the opportunity to test this board?

@@Shczawik I haven't, it in general the bataleons have a looser overall feel, because of the base shaping. Not a bad thing, just something to get used to
