Dear Rasa, thank you very much for the video! What about head rolls in the open position when the guy is holding our hands, do we also have to bend from our chest and not our lower back? It looks like people bend from the lower back, does it only look like this? I used to bend from the lower back and here I am with the lower back pain 😢And one more question.
