Hello everyone!
In this video, I'm making salsiccia also known as Italian sausage. There are many variations of sausage throughout Italy, from the south to the North. But in this video, I'm making one of the most common Italian sausages which is a pork sausage that is seasoned with fennel seeds.
Below are the ingredients needed to make this amazing sausage:
-Pork belly - 250 gr
-Pork shoulder - 250 gr
-Salt - 7 gr
-fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
-Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
-Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp
-Wine - 50 ml (optional)
-Sausage casing
