Hi! I have an old 'Buc' to, I'm thinking to rebuild it to an 4ch with ailerons, should it be possible?

Anything is possible, but...is it worth the effort. It will need more mods than just adding ailerons. Ailerons and lots of dihedral don't really work well together. I think you will just end up with a plane that has lots of adverse yaw, and you will just end up flying on the rudder anyway.
