Salt Water Damage to a Traxxas TRX4 Defender its bad.

I will be removing the axles and seeing if they can be restored to working condition. Maybe some rice will fix it?. In the case they can not be salvaged I will install a complete axle replacement set from Injora. The $100, Injora 1/10 scale Locking Portal Axles replacement come fully assembled with locking differential cable, it's a direct bolt one replacement.

Dude! That looks like my buddy's TRX4 after running it in southern Wisconsin creeks that are full of mining & dairy/ag runoff. Ewww

Anything internal like diff gears trand gears all needs a good grease marine grade grease for heavy water use. I'm not sure Anything could stop salt water though that looked pretty bad. Nice video
