But sir denatured protein self insoluble or ptt due to hydrophobic side chains of amino acid which makes hydrophobic bonds in protein for folding and bending and this hydrophobic bond break by SDS then hydrophobic side chains expose in water which makes protein ppt due to hydrophobic interactions between protein and protein. so how does potassium acetate ppt denature protein????????? Please explain with basic details or make a video on this topic sir, please?

How can we collect only one protein of intrest from salting out? As you mentioned in the video about purification of single protein by salting out but here after salting out all the protein complex mixtures will going to bind to each other. So here my question is how to extract the single protein from salting out method? Thank you
@angelabineddy60558 жыл бұрын
Shomu, in reference to long term side effects of anti-depressants, it is said that chemicals enter into the nerve cells and bind to proteins in the nucleus to create long term/permanent effects on the nerve cell function. I have been researching for years because I developed such effects, along with thousands of others. Can salting-out potentially remove these bindings and correct the damaged dna of the cell?
@shomusbiologyofficial8 жыл бұрын
+Angela Bineddy I don't think it can be used to correct damaged DNa. It can purify proteins.
@angelabineddy60558 жыл бұрын
If it purifies a protein, removing whatever attached to it, then wouldn't that be changing the function of the cell back to normal? Before a chemical attached to it, which in turn changed its function.? I appreciate your knowledge, I'm so desperate for a breakthrough..there's not a day that goes by I'm not effected by it.
@mubasharkhan97958 жыл бұрын
+Angela Bineddy if we will able to use such salt which can dissociate the interaction of chemicals with protien of nerve cells' nucleus ivitro.. then it might work
