I doubt that either party would make that public if it has already happened. The failed attempts to deliver the injunction notifications were before the announcement about their appointment of solicitors to represent them I think. So the situation may be different now. The fact that the parents are stepping in to stoke up the PR war just now seems to suggest to me that some legal progress may be imminent without our knowledge.

I'd say that Love Hangover is an interesting shift for Jennie because the song is pulling from modern pop while tapping into retro ’60s and ’70s influences, which is definitely new for her. But, I must say, that the first verse is pretty forgettable, however the chorus really elevates and saves the song with a soulful, rhythmic touch that suits her SO WELL. The best moment comes near the end when her vocals glitch in a way that almost takes the song somewhere bigger, but it never fully commits. I mainly liked Dominic Fike’s verse because it adds a nice balance, and the production behind him is clean. Rose recently dropped 2 more songs: "Number One Girl" just failed to enter the HOT 100. "Toxic Till The End" entered the HOT100 at 90 and fell of the chart the next week. (wikipedia has a list of K-pop songs charting on Billboard) I have no idea which genres these songs are - and if they are not Pop that can be the reason - but otherwise that is not good charting - nowhere near Apt's success. Mind you Apt was pushed everywhere - including on people that only listen classical music. Love Hangover is more about reflecting on a lost relationship, while Seven is about pursuing love despite conflict. We see jk chasing his lover in seven, while in love hangover, jennie is 'wanting' to d- i3 giving off more of a melancholic vibe. Unlike the fast paced storyline of seven. The "uprising" caused by the reveal of the new group was mixed with pent-up rage against Simon that has been going on for years. This is not his first fk up. It wont be the last either. There are TONS of issues caused by Simon and this has been going on for years. It is not NEW. Even new fans are starting to realize how dmb this dude is and catching up with all the BS he did and he is still doing. He keeps pushing himself in the front line with the girls and he has been doing this for a long time. He intentionally hurts the GIRL POWER gimmick of XG. Why is Simon everywhere ? He puts himself in the music video, he forces himself in the lyrics, he takes the stage and does his BS DJ'in in XG concerts, now he puts out a BS REMIX album, he REFUSES to create channels for the label and MAKES XG CHANNELS ONLY FOLLOW HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT AFTER EVEN 3 YEARS. He was irritatingly close with some of the members in vlogs, he barges into their rooms without even knocking etc etc etc. He posts himself talking about his smoking and drinking issues, his mental issues FOR AN HOUR and posts that video on XG'S OFFICIAL CHANNELS. WHICH CEO DOES THIS KINDA THING ? WHY XG FANS ARE FORCED TO WATCH A CEO DRAMA-FARM FOR AN HOUR IN THEIR GROUP'S CHANNELS ? Have you EVER seen a CEO video in ANY group's official channels TALKING FOR AN HOUR ? Do you want me to continue ? This doesn't end, there are countless issues.

3. I don't know exactly what the problem was but as an XG fan I think some fans were scared and frustrated. They were disappointed that the group didn't have enough hype that it deserved so people probably felt that debuting a new group was too early Let's not forget that I am the largest percentage of the K-pop fan base, and these fans were afraid that the company would behave like other companies in how they deal with their artists. But then things calmed down and people started accepting it after the second video was released. (But to be honest, the fanbase was a little nervous about Simon before the new group, and that only made things escalate. The problem was basically Alphaz's problem with Simon, not Alphaz and the new group)

​@@j.4867 i mean xgalx set them up a little though and i'm not a simon hater at all, this was just a bad teaser. people were inevitably going to make assumptions based on the songs they chose to cover and they chose two songs with a ton of baggage: howling, which is 100% tied to xg's very specific lore, and the left right remix that fans have been begging for a studio version of for ages. the teaser didn't say anything about the new group, basically just forced the girls to go out there and say "hey, look. we can do everything xg can do, but we're shiny and new," not only hurting xg's fans but making this whole endeavor seem arrogant or something. if xgalx had a reputation for it, i'd assume they ragebaited people on purpose, but it's really only speculation to me. harassment is completely out of line, but apathy is justified as they don't have any music or revealed members, and xgalx is not xg. xg fans don't have to support all of simon's project because they xg fans, not simon or xgalx fans. again, that doesn't mean people should harrass anyone though.
