Doc Louis the first ones will go rare sadly, but Nintendo did reproduce the GameCube controller for sm4sh so if the Switch has GameCube virtual console and / or the new smash bros. comes out, I won't be surprised if they make new ones. The controller will probably live on due to these tournaments. Also Nintendo products are (nearly) invincible, especially the Game boy damaged in the gulf war which is in the Nintendo NY store!

Don't think that should get respect. It's common courtesy and expected in any other sport. If Smash really wants to be taken seriously as an Esport then the players need to grow up and start acting like sportsman. That includes politely shaking your opponents hand in good faith and respect for the sport. We should be punishing players for not showing respect and throwing man-child fits, not shaking hands and in some cases potentially harming other players.

Being pissed is not an excuse for foul play, as adults we learn to control our emotions and diffuse them.
