Hi again, another great video, thanks heaps. I see that you are a shimano user. Could i please ask you what model rod and reel you use. I live in country Victoria and love Surf fishing. The trouble is country tackle shops don't carry much(if any) surf tackle and certainly not too much knowledge about appropriate equipment. Any help would be appreciated. Love your videos!

Hi buddy thanks for the msg brother For beach fishing I use the shimano Tcurve 12ft and 15ft rods with the Shimano Stradic and Saragosa 10000 and Twinpower 8000 I just like to use the Shimano because of the 10 year warranty amd i fish alot so needs to be good gear..As for warranty Never had to use it but only once I needed a part that I lost and it was sorted quick smart💯 personal choice and finances with fishing gear brother I'd be hanging to fish living in the country buddy💯🎣🐟🐟🐟🐟😳

i really need to catch a big fish, i haven't caught a fish in 5 months. The beaches that i went to , were filled with seaweed and the tide was way way way to high. I you can please tell me what beach that was, it would be wonderful. And that tailor was incredible. Great fishing sesh. Cheers

Top Salmon fishing Mate I’ve never seen so many big Salmon and Taylor landed at the one session. My best Salmon fishing was at Almonta beach when the tide came in we averaged Salmon from 2.5kg to 4kg on hole pilchards where exactly were you fishing at. Regards. Laurie from down Vic tight lines.

Hey brother yeah very very different Alaska Salmon would ve a better choice to eat aswell.. Here they use these as pet food but if you catch fresh and cook there not too bad just no taste.... very different than the other Salmon species. Still a great fish to target when in season...😁🤙💯🎣🐟

these aren't australian salmon - no such thing; there's only 5 types (check wiki you yob). And the prison colony one does not exist. Look it up geniuses. Salmon are chinook, coho, chum, sockeye, and pink,,,and another one in russia.

its not a salmon; its a nickname because ozzies are too thick to use the actual name. salmon are born in rivers and return to rivers after 4 or 2 years. what you have is a marine fish that shares zero characteristics with salmon. you are calling it salmon because you do not have the brains or creativity to come up with a proper name. Although it is referred to as "salmon" in Australian English and its species epithet trutta is Latin for trout, it is not related to true salmons or trouts, which belong to the family Salmonidae of the order Salmoniformes. All Arripis species belong to the family Arripidae of the order Perciformes.
