as a trick mate I find that when I do battered fish at home and not in a deep fryer I add a little tumeric to the batter and when you cook it it helps the batter turn darker in color and you won't have to overcook your fish to get that golden color ;-) not that you over cooked this fish or anything.

We have heaps of spots but 4 just produce kgw all the time...after all these years where still wondering...You could.have 50 demersal spots and maybe 5 will produce KG's just gotta find them brother🎣🐟
