Perfect video. I left Florida when I was 22. I’m 40 now. I’ve been back once since. I’m going back August 1 through the 11th and for the first time we’re going on the gulf coast. Ana Maria Island to be exact and this was the video I’m looking for because I’m going to the north side. Thank you!

My dad used to show us the manatees here. I couldn't remember where it was. He passed a few years ago, now, from Covid. ) : But, he lived in Bradenton. Miss him and Anna Maria Island sooo much! ( :

Should go to a restaurant called " The Sandbar" and be dressed for the beach as the restaurant sits rite on the beach with in and outdoor seating. (Pay for valet parking). My brother took me there a while back. Has a gift shop connected to it also. It was an amazing time, beach was sooo beautiful, ocean so clear waist high crystal clear waters. ❤😊

Been coming down there for 20+ yrs, there's very few places I haven't touched whether it's been adventuring around by myself on a bike or scooter or with the family. It's just an amazing place to get away and relax.

Great video!!! I have lived in the area for 2 years now can’t remember how many times I drive by the smoke house heading to kingfish to take my boat out. Last Christmas I got the water riding for my daughters Christmas gift, she loved it. Appreciate sharing, lots of good info even for locals.

It's really nice I remember the days when they let us do that ride horses here in Miami Florida at the beach. They even let you ride ATVs if you don't get out of control. That's a very very nice place you want to I got to give it to you great video.

I really like the vibe of this video. Moved to Florida from Michigan 12 years ago. Will be staying at a place on the beach in Holmes Beach. The plan for this trip is to chill at the beach a lot and hit a nice restaurant or two. My partner and I are in the 50+ club. Are there any waterfront restaurants that are.a bit more upscale than say a beach bar or family restaurant? We like casual places too but would love a nice romantic atmosphere if there is one.

Thank you! I will definitely try “The Shore” longboat key amazing vibe and delicious food. Not waterfront I would definitely go to “Waterfront Grill” although that’s the name it’s not waterfront, but it is right across the street from the water

You skipped almost all of Holmes beach, which has some excellent restaurants as well as good shopping.

Hell yeah man thank you so much for this video, next time I’m down at my parents in Apollo Beach I’m going to have to come over and check all this out and go back to this video for reference!! Awesome awesome video!!! Thank you so much brother!!! Oh and just curious but do any of these places have boat access like if I was to come over there on our boat? Or is everything that you talked about in this video kinda land locked where you can’t get to any of it by boat? Thank you sir!

Thanks man, yes one of my favorite places is “THE SHORE” it’s accessible by boat plenty docks to park.

Does anyone ever think about the poor horse when they put a heavy person on their backs? How thoughtless.
@FishingWithSalty Жыл бұрын
Right, I do understand your perspective however, before there Henry Ford brought cars, horses were the way of transportation
