Hey man were you able to find the coolant leak in the rc390

Not yet, it's in line to get it's engine ripped out and I'll be on the hunt for cracks.

The header has turned blue with run time, might hit the rest with the torch now that my sticker kit is coming along with some blue.

sup man i see you doing great job cleaning this exhaust, i just got my titanium akrap for my ktm (it was 80$ so it was op deal) that needs some refreshing, i figured to clean it i just need some low grid sandpaper and polishing paper, and i need to fix the dent from wheel (still working on it cuz idk how to fix it) and i have question for you cuz you may know how to do it, mounts are kinda off from subframe where i can mount it, and i need metal plates to make extensions, do you know how i can cut metal plates to make it fit good, and which material will be most durable to handle exhaust ? and is this good idea first of all ? cuz i was thinking about making those plates for extensions, or is it better to take pipe to make extension for header pipe so it will fit good on stock mounts ? hope you understand what i mean cuz my english is ass 😅

If it's slightly off you can try heating it up and bending it back a bit. If it's off far enough to need some new mounts (assuming it clears everything) you can cut some aluminum bar. You can use a jig saw to make quick work of it, just make sure it's clamped fairly well or it'll be a nightmare haha.
