If you're going to insult someone, atleast expect it in return. I knew you guys could count really well but I guess asking for common sense would be too much??
@Lordhumongus6 жыл бұрын
See, you guys tried to play off of half way thought out question from some guy that served himself up clean to a guy that thinks rape jokes are funny. No one is going around jerking people out of there cars trying to take kids away. It's just not happening. What they are doing is separating people that have no fingerprints on file, are not citizens, and have no documentation from their own country at our nations border. Of which happens to be the leading area and method of transport for child and sexual slavery. But clearly all of you on here are vehemently supportive of sex slavery. If you were not, you would vote for measures to stop it. Instead you want free for all. Oh and by the way Chan. I left plenty of documented evidence of fact on this bullshit video. So... I leave you with this. Why do you think these people want to come here? Away from their homes and their oppressive governments? Do you think it's ironic that these people leave predominantly socialist countries that are corrupt and burning and the very people who supposedly want them here most, want a socialist America?? Lmao.. do you think? Have you ever spent time with an illegal alien? They come here because in America, its land of the free. Opportunity isnt racist, the hardest working man/woman gets the job. This country doesnt pander to poverty it panders to the hard working and it panders to people who serve its citizens. In other words, they didnt come here for free shit. They know that doesnt work. That's why they're leaving the place they come from. A LEFT WING SOCIALIST IDEOLOGY HAS NOT EVER ONE TIME IN THE HISTORY OF MAN EVER WORKED. NOT ONCE. CHINA WOULDNT BE SHIT IF THEY DIDNT HAVE HONG KONG AND ALLOW FOR WESTERN CAPITALISM. SO CHAN. MAYBE ITS TIME YOU GO VISIT THE HOMELAND AND SPEAK UP THERE ABOUT THE IMMIGRATION POLICIES. The answer isnt to let the kids into the country with the people trafficking them, nor is it to let the children into America by themselves. If someone refuses a blood test, I dont think they should be held. I dont think anyone should be kept in holding. I think people should apply for a Visa like everyone else does. If theres a refugee situation, file as a refugee. Provide evidence. If you provide border patrol with voice mails and letters with death threats and are provably in danger, you get sent to housing for your protection. If someone truly fears for their life, they'd be grateful America even cracked the door for them.

@@jagan9235 I'm saying separate the children from the human traffickers, separate the little girls and boys from the grown men, and only allow adults to be with children if their willing to do a blood test and are truly related. But even with that, man on man violence is prone to occur: physically or sexually. Child molesters and sexual predators are real and are very prominent in the population trying to cross the border. Also, women can be involved with human trafficking also with children, young girls, and strong boys for sex/working slaves. These are real world things we need to think about when making policies, laws, and determining spending. If it was a perfect world, I'd love for everyone to come to America and live out a peaceful life- but it isnt plausible, realistic, or safe. @Jack Marsden do you live in the south? I don’t think “anomalies” would be the correct term. Most of my friends are at the very least left leaning, and a lot of them are socialists. @damienm.96774 жыл бұрын
@Jack Marsden I know what the difference between socialism and liberalism is. It's very condescending to talk down to someone because of their geographic location. Did I claim that the American south was some sort of progressive safe haven? No. All I said was that it's elitist and unhelpful to cast doubt on or make assumptions about an individual because of their geographic location. As a leftist, I think its prudent to realize that. I hope you understand.
@damienm.96774 жыл бұрын
@Jack Marsden socialism is when the workers own the means of production, everyone is entitled to the products of their labor, and there is no private land ownership. It’s usually brought about by a revolution. I don’t understand why you’re upset, I’ve never denied the fact that the south is largely conservative. I’m just saying it’s not helpful to assume such a thing about an individual, even if demographics make it likely for them to be a certain way. The justification you’re using for that is the same that racists use to justify over-policing. Am I really not making sense?

As problematic as Bill Maher can be, he has correctly identified the real division in America (and frankly across Western democracies) which is not between individual states so much as it's between urban versus rural. What's scary about that prospect is it leaves suburbanites, you know the Hillary Clinton/Susan Collins type voter, in a kingmaker role and they are defined by wanting to reset things back to the toxic economic status quo rather than outright support a progressive revolution.
@arudegesture6 жыл бұрын
@PurushaDesa Bill Maher is "problematic"? He's a conservative masquerading as a progressive. He's a multi-millionaire living in a bubble. Remember that time (in 2014 after Israel yet again murdered Palestinian civilians) when he tweeted: "Dealing w/ Hamas is like dealing w/ a crazy woman who's trying to kill u- u can only hold her wrists so long before you have to slap her"? I can think of no better come-back than what the great Frankie Boyle tweeted in response: "I hear you. Women do go crazy when you blow up their kids, huh?" Bill Maher is a despicable person and his analyses are as useful as those of Alex Jones.
@PurushaDesa6 жыл бұрын
A Rude Gesture I disagree with equating him to Alex Jones but I'd put him in the same category as "increasingly problematic" as Sam Harris because of his constant pining for so-called moderate Republicans (he just had that idiot George Will on his show) and yes, as you rightly point out, his insane unwavering support for the psychopathic actions of Israel. If we go up a level, I would probably reserve your level of outrage for someone like Bari Weiss who just flat out isn't even remotely liberal. Not only on Israel but she has a biological determinist view of gender - that's a conservative staple and really low hanging fruit to condemn if you're even nominally on the left.
@arudegesture6 жыл бұрын
@PurushaDesa I put him(Maher) on exactly the same level as Sam Harris. An educated Islamophobe pretending to care about progressive issues. Sam Harris is NOT problematic; He's disingenuous. People may think what they want regarding Dawkins et al, but Dawkins NEVER singled out ONE religion as being more problematic than the rest. Sam Harris, however, does this and so does Bill Maher. Defining what particular brand of right-wing thought these people adhere to is, in my view, a futile effort with no real point. It's enough for me to know that those two grade people according to what their belief are; One category for Muslims, another for the rest of the religions. To me that tells me all I need to know, because if you make that distinction; You and I are not on the same side.

Again, you haven't responded to the caller's points, merely become personal against me and then told me to clear off and not watch. Is that because you have difficulty combating opposing views? The left really needs to get over this problem of being unable to counter arguments rationally, because this is why they keep losing. Shutting people out and calling them racists or whatever label you think silences them fastest, does not work.

I lived in a country with the opposite problem, no one wanted to come, the country struggled with recession, businesses closed, jobs disappeared, then people started to leave, which created a downward looping spiral.
