I saw the photo of his parents walking towards the courthouse. The look on their faces: somber. This whole thing is such a shame. So many were misled by him and deal with their $$$ losses. Charities, etc. will be asked to return donations received. Hurting more innocent people. And bear in mind, most juries start out with, "Hey, let's have lunch first. What does everyone want?" and then spend a half-hour debating where the Door Dash driver should go. Then of course they need time to eat. And they also have to work out who was going to be foreperson. And then they have to go over the judge's directions on what they have to do. So yeah, the jury spent maybe two hours debating the evidence before find this guy guilty.
