How have I not heard this before? it's going to be my neighbors new favorite song, they just don't know it yet

I think she does a version of it on her debut album but it’s not as energetic as this!.
@conniebenny2 жыл бұрын
@@tonywoodyatt4510 It's actually on the B-side of the single 'Can I Get a Witness'. 'Can I Get a Witness' was itself on the CD release of Sam's first album 'Stop' (it wasn't on the LP). 'Walking After Midnight', and a whole host of other brilliant covers, were available on the B-sides of her singles from her first 2 albums (one B-side on her 7" singles, three B-sides on her 12" singles). All of those B-sides from both 'Stop' and 'April Moon' (her first 2 albums, released by A&M) were released in 2016 along with some other previously unreleased material and all of her music videos in the excellent CD and DVD box set 'The A&M Years 1988-1990'.
She was the best backup vocalist for Pink Floyd! Wasnt she folks?....David Gilmour treasured her for sure...will i would hope so anyway😊😊😊

That's right! She was absolutely killing it during the first part of Great Gig In The Sky on Pink Floyd's "Pulse" recording!

Sam had a nice career, but she deserved much, much more. Compared to Sarah McLaughlin, Sheryl Crow etc..., well, IMHO there is no comparison in any way (pure vocal talent obviously, songwriting in particular). I got the joke here, but it was a bad one and not very funny - I certainly hope the tacky, thoughtless and show-stealing (attempted) harmonica player got 86'd with extreme prejudice after this.

Got into her a few years ago. She was awesome too bad she blew her voice out.
