മഹാ ഗുരുദേവൻ ഒരു മഹാ വൃക്ഷമാണ്. അത് പൂക്കാരന് പൂക്കൾ തരുന്ന വൃക്ഷമാണ് , വഴി യാത്രക്കാരന് അത് തണൽ വൃക്ഷമാണ് , ഫലം കാംക്ഷിക്കുന്നയാൾക്ക് അത് ഫലവൃക്ഷമാണ്. തടി വെട്ടുകാരൻ ആ വൃക്ഷത്തെ നോക്കി തടി മാത്രമെ കാംക്ഷിക്കുകയുള്ളു. അതുപോലെ മഹാഗുരുവിനെയും ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയും വീക്ഷണ കോണിലൂടെയാണ് ഗുരുവിനെയും കാണുന്നത്.

സുനിൽ മാഷിന്റെ നല്ല ഒരു പ്രഭാഷണം.ഈഴവർ ഒഴികെ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഗുരുദേവൻ ആരും അല്ലായിരിക്കാം.ഗുരുസ്വാമി ദൈവമല്ല, അപ്പം വീതിച്ച് കൊടുക്കാനൊ, വെള്ളത്തിൽ കൂടി നടക്കാനൊന്നും പറ്റുമായിരുന്നില്ല തന്നെ ദൈവമായ് ആരാദിക്കരുത് എന്ന് ഗുരുസ്വാമി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടൊണ്ട്.ഈഴവർ അങ്ങനെ കാണുന്നത് ഗുരുവിനോടുള്ള ആദരവും, ഭക്തിയും,ബഹുമാനവും കൊണ്ടാണ്.പക്ഷെ വന്ദിച്ചില്ലങ്കിലും നിന്ദിക്കരുത് ഗുരുവിനെ കാരണം ശ്രീ ബുദ്ധനും,ശങ്കരാചാര്യരും,യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവും ഗുരുവിനെ പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് അല്ലാതെ അവരാരും പ്രപഞ്ച സൃഷ്ട്ടാക്കളല്ല ഗുരുവിനെ പോലെ തന്നെ വലിയ തേജസുള്ള മഹായോഗികൾ.പക്ഷെ ഇതൊന്ന് അങ്ങീകരിക്കാൽ മറ്റു ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഭുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ് എല്ലാവരും അവരവരുടെ സമുദായത്തിയ മഹായോഗികളെ ദൈവമായ് അങ്ങ് ആരാദിക്കും.ഈഴവരും അത്രയെ ചെയ്യുന്നുള്ളൂ അതിൽ ഒരു തെറ്റും ഇല്ല കാരണം ഗുരുവിന് കിട്ടിയ അദേന്ദ്രിയജ്ഞാനവും,അറിവും ബുദ്ധിശക്തിയും കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്ത കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചെറുതല്ല. കുമാരനാശാൻ,വയലാറും, വൈലൊപ്പിള്ളിയും, അഴീകോട് മാഷ്, രമണ മഹർഷി, ടാഗോർ, ഗാന്ധിജി, റൊമൈൻ റോളൻഡ്, EMS,തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രതിഭകൾ ഗുരുസ്വാമിയെ പറ്റി പുകഴ്ത്തി എഴുതിയിടുള്ളതും പറഞ്ഞതുമായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ വെറുതെ മുഖസ്തുതി ആയിട്ടൊ തമാശയ്ക്ക് ആളെ പറ്റിക്കാനൊ അല്ല. കാരണം കേരളത്തിന്റെ ചരിത്രത്തിൽ അത്രമേൽ തേജസുള്ള ഒരു മഹാപുരുഷൻ ആയിരുന്നു ശ്രീ നാരായണ ഗുരുദേവൻ .
