Here in Australia I went to set up a trust to offset expenses for a cactus business against share dividends. The expenses I already blew on hundreds of cacti and a big hothouse would've been gone in extra accounting fees in 2 years and I would STILL have to pay capital gains tax on the dividends. I WENT to set up a trust fund here in Australia with my top notch accountant. Here you pay capital gains tax to get taxed on everything ANYWAY unless you can work out SOME WAY to spend more on expenses than you profit on. But that's just NORMAL BUSINESS function anyway. Can do that without a trust which is why so many people here drive dual cab utes. Business expense. My sister had one that ONLY saw personal use, it was a business expense. Her husband had one that had some businesses use.

Scorp is the way to go if you have complete ownership. LLCs are basically only good for forming group ventures. Like for example, when movies get produced, all the producers(share holders) start an entirely new corporation to manage the assets of the intellectual property, their personal finances, their personal businesses, and their group ventures are all kept in seperate lines of credit. With Scorp there are way more loopholes and you literally do not ever have to pay taxes AT ALL, assuming you don't actually cut yourself a check from your own corporation. You can also live inside your business place and get a tax write-off for that aswell... literally, people who have a good amount of money have almost zero, and in many cases, NEGATIVE tax burden. This isn't sustainable BTW. America and Europes economic systems will 100% guaranteed collapse before China or Russia. Ours is a pyramid scheme, theirs's is not.

My recently married wife is nearly a billionaire, her parents are billionaires and we have separate accounts where we both put our money we earn. We have a joint account for the money her parents give/gave her, no pre-nup. Realistically I’m a tard compared to her but have max charisma and have always been fit.
