And being big, whether you are fat or ripped, still has some advantage in fighting. Yeah, you may get winded quicker being fat than ripped, but you still have a huge size, reach, and weight advantage. No average man under 5'10 is gonna easily bodyslam you if you are prepared for it. And you can use your body weight to knock an opponent down, and then use your weight to pin them to the ground. Assuming no weapons are involved, that's quite a massive advantage if you can avoid getting winded too quickly.
