For real though, I saw this comic on Twitter by TinyHoneyBee tieing into the release of the new Sam & Max Season Two Remastered game by Skunkape Studios... and I couldn't resist dubbing it ^^ YAY PROMOTION NO ONE ASKED FOR!!! :D

With Sam saying, "Gee, what an obvious sales pitch", Max responds with saying, "Sorry, on some topics I just get carried away" is a rather obvious Secret of Monkey Island reference. When you enter the SCUMM Bar and talk to Cobb, he'll plug in Loom, Guybrush Threepwood would say, "Gee, what an obvious sales pitch" and then Cobb says, "Sorry, on some topics I just get carried away".
