People used to complain Eurovision was politically motivated, when we would be last due to everybody hating us because of our politics. Usually about who we were going along with the USA bombing. Although because our government want us to now be all be flying the Ukraine flag because the USA and Britain have been trying to shut down Russia Today news for years, for them pointing out things our news doesn't. Such as how we sell arms to countries like Saudi Arabia and have funded extremist groups to overthrow leaders who won't trade oil in US Dollars, nobody cares Ukraine won, despite us having the best song.

Absolutely brilliant performance. On the night of the show this song soared to my #1 spot from a spot just outside of the top 10. The UK should be incredibly proud of Sam and Sam should be so, so proud of himself not only for doing so well and bringing such quality to Eurovision, but for shattering the decades-long assumption that Europe just hates the UK. Maybe one day in the distant future Sam should come back and get the trophy!
