Great haul as usual 😀 I wanted to tell you about those lemons 🍋 I use them like crazy too. I started after I squeeze then cutting the rest of the lemon in little pieces peel and all And adding to my salads😱 You wouldn’t believe what a difference it makes..Delicious and now I never throw away the rest of the lemon 🍋

When you prep your veggie mix, chicken, and burgers do you do that all in one day or at different times? Trying to get into a better routine of prepping, but really like how you prep pieces of a meal instead of eating the same thing all week.

Not lactose free but we really like Alani protien shakes soooo much. They are 4 PP each and 160 calories but a lot less artificial sweeteners (main sweetener is cane sugar but it does have a little bit of sucrolose but Justin have the after tastes these other protient shakes do, I love the vanilla in coffee sometimes with added chocolate collagen powder or just for a quick plain shake the MUNCHIES flavor is the best! (Cookies, caramel and pretzel ) and if you like frost loops you’d love the fruit cereal one, I’ve seen you review Alani bars but never their premade shakes they are so so good

Great haul!! Love that spinach dip! If you like eggplant try TJ eggplant garlic spread it’s in the sauce isle it’s so good on turkey sandwiches or on crackers on chicken on anything! I think you will love that too! The veggie bites are so good taste like an egg roll😄 your making me hungry! Love you guys🥰

My Sam's had the root beer flavored Olipop for $9.98 for a 6-pack. It was in the refrigerated section and said limited time. You might check your Sam's next time to see if they have it.

I shop TJs weekly and have not seen that Avocado jalapeno dip, I wonder if it's new, sounds good. I thought the Dill pickle falafel were awful, so dry and the Dill does not make sense with falafel. The Salsa Verde chips are getting great reviews, I didn't buy them, as they are something I will eat too much of. The Sour cream rings are really good. I bought a box of ginger thins and lemon thins and yes, they are almost gone. My favorite. So the Barebells really upset my stomach. I've been eating the GoMacro bars, so much cleaner and no protein after taste that I find the Barebells have.

Hi Nikki! I'm new-ish to WW & have a question for you. When I put the Barebells cookies & cream info into my WW app, it comes up as 6 points. Can a food be a different point value for 2 different people, depending on the people's weight/goal weight? Or are they 1 point less for you because you're in maintenance? Thanks!

Have you tried the Creamy Crisp Barebell? It is our favorite. Cookies & Cream is 2nd. Both go out of stock a lot. We have to order from Barebell because we don’t have Trader Joe’s in Mississippi.
