when i first heard this song i cried. i started crying because i struggle with my sexuality and my religion. i was raised in the church. my father is a pastor. I love the Lord and i believe in God but i love women. thank you sam smith for this song!

Hey Sam, I love your song! You are loved and God doesn't Judge you. All of mankind's sins were judged on Calvary. He took upon Himself all of our sins and took them to the grave. okay, has no one noticed this at 2:22? I've spent MONTHS trying to figure out what song he is singing because those lyrics are not in "HIM"??? Any thoughts? It's confusing bc its the same tune as "HIM"... And I've tried looking up the lyrics.. WHEN I TELL U I HAVE SPENT MONTHS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT SONG HE IS SINGING

They can just be some verses that he added just for the live performances and kept them through all performances... every singer do that for some songs, probably something that you'll never find in any studio version but live.
