Here's his message I took the time for you guys and finally heard over his voice and slowing it down hearing it and got this 1. I wrote this song as a message that love is love and I am a proud gay man, and if you're proud for who you are then let me see your hands. 2. Love the way he grabs me and sing And the way that he's calling my name And the way that he's there for me he's my therapy Loves the way that he holds me at night And the way that he's giving me right Love the way that he's changing me up everytime Ohhh

Holy Father, we need to talk I have a secret that I can't keep I'm not the boy that you thought you wanted Please don't get angry, have faith in me [Chorus:] Say I shouldn't be here but I can't give up his touch It is him I love, it is him Don't you try and tell me that God doesn't care for us It is him I love, it is him I love [Verse 2:] I walk the streets of Mississippi I hold my lover by the hand I feel you staring when he is with me How can I make you understand? [Chorus:] Say I shouldn't be here but I can't give up his touch It is him I love, it is him Don't you try and tell me that God doesn't care for us It is him I love, it is him I love [Bridge:] Ohh, ohh Oh, I love Ohh, ohh No, no, I love Ohh, ohh I love Ohh, ohh Ohh, ohh Him I love Ohh, ohh Him I love Ohh, ohh Him I love Ohh, ohh Him I love [Outro:] Holy Father, judge my sins I'm not afraid of what they will bring I'm not the boy that you thought you wanted I love him

You know what, honey? He loves you just the same as everyone else. I know so many LGBTQ+ people struggle with being called "sinners" by self-righteous Christians. But the Bible says that no "sin" is better or worse than any other. Everyone sins, including those people who point fingers and condemn you. I know it's hard to sit there and see God's love for you when "his people" are damning you to hell. But those who truly are followers of Him understand that you are no less a Child of God than they are. I know it doesn't make much of a difference, but I am sending you all the love and acceptance I have to offer, as well as an apology on behalf of those "Christians". ♥

that's the whole thing about God: God forgives, God loves and God does not HATE. God loves every single individual person the way they are. it's more than incorrect to say that being gay is bad and people should be shamed for it, as every single person sins and as Jesus said, let the man who never sins throw the first stone: the whole thing is that no one is perfect in ANY way and that God, the only one technically allowed to persecute those who sins, chooses to LOVE them nevertheless. THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ALL CHRISTIANS: learn the Bible and learn it well.

How can people clap and cheer to this song? The narrator of this song is in tribulation
@Tullece6 жыл бұрын
Some clap because it has just become the norm to clap regardless of the song, also perhaps some clap because they too share his tribulation in their own life, it's an empowering clap.
