I was going to say, how do you consistently win 10, 11, 12 games going forward, but then with a 12 school playoff, all you need to do is qualify, at the very least, as an at large. So, maybe, a 9-3 will be sufficient, coming from the Big Ten? I think college teams will quickly adapt to 'gaming the system' - like NFL teams do in trying to make the playoffs - i.e., win those games you must, 'mail it in' against those who don't really matter. When the playoff becomes the thing, all you need to do is 'get in'. 12-0, 11-1 may not mean as much anymore. Remember those 10-6, 9-7 NY Giants squads that walked off with NFL Super Bowl rings ? Same philosophy applies here. Who's going to give a darnn what your regular season won-loss record was if you walk off with the ultimate hardware ? 🤔 🏈🏉🏈🏉
