I like the videos and It's good to see Sam. I would really like to see a bike setup video when you go through things like frame size, crank length, stem length, bar height and bar angle and how adjusting each item makes the bike feel.

I'm 6'2 and was 210 lbs. Typical bike set up for me was always XXL frame, XXL stem. 180 crank arms, low rise bars cut for a narrower grip. Gearing for typical outdoor track set up was 46 -16. Indoor was 44 - 16. I raced from 1986 - 2001. I miss it so bad. I actually still have dreams of riding. I'm now 51 and still consider coming back and racing the old man class. I used to laugh at those guys. Now I'm old 😄

4:55 Bit - O Honey 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup powder milk Gently melt peanut butter and honey together, when melted together add powder milk should only be on heat like 10 seconds after adding powder milk. I just stick mine in freezer after, not sure if there is a better way to cure them. Oh....for extra fun add a couple tablespoons of your favorite 420 oil to the powdered milk then add milk.

Hello! I do not have a track in my town and the nearest one is a hour and a half away. I was wondering if you had a solution to being able to practice things that would be on a track without a track to practice on.
