I had “thought” by reaching the theta state I was experiencing nirvana or samadhi for several months, & I was “convinced” “I” had “done” it. But as you have said “we don’t know what we don’t know” This is a beautiful work of art, & I am deeply grateful for your films & guided meditations. It was while listening to this for the 100th time that I finally was able to experience Samadhi. Thank you my friend! I will do my best to continue on my journey in ridding myself of the illusion I identified myself with for 30 years.

This is by far the best guided meditation I have come across. No frills, no music, straight to the point. The instruction is excellent. There are points that seem so obvious but I have never heard anyone else explain. I feel I know what I should be doing now!

" 25:00 just observe the breath, and the thoughts will settle down on there own. They will lose power. The patterns of thinking will gradually lose energy when you don't feed them your consciousness . Don't feed the Mind. You are using concentration of the breath to divert the energy away from the mind patterns." That was the perfect description of meditation. Wow. I entered a very very deep state. You start to see a compulsive pattern the mind has built up. Self talk patterns, movement patterns, all from habit. wow I am a creature of habit Like we are going in circles. Like our very solar system haha. no coincidence.

I have first listened to the entire guided meditation 5 years go, I must say, with joy in heart and soul, it has changed my life, I have been reborn. Still learning, evolving, healing, being in the now, appreciating all as it is.... along with Samadhi films, this is pure gold to spirit. Eternal gratitude!

I found myself, as I have so many times, on a plateau, my spiritual journey stalled once again. I was falling back to sleep and doubting myself. I was asking for my next step. Then the universe brought me to your movies, and I can continue once again. I have to get up before everyone else in the house to practice, but it will be a pleasure. Thank you.

Thank you. As a result of doing this meditation, I was able to go back to the age of about 6 or 7 years old when I knew exactly who and what I wanted to be. I was able to speak to my inner child and heal myself from all of the past hurts. It was so powerful. I didn’t want to come out of that state of meditation.

Exactly ! This martial arts master is spot on in describing this meditation technique. In Chinese martial arts circles, this breathing technique is known as "nei goong" (literally "internal kung fu"), or more famously "chi goong" (literally "pressure kung fu"). Anybody who reaches your level of mastery will develop a random ability that seems to literally come from nowhere. I've known people who does this same technique and after a few years, some people don't need to eat for a whole month, some people don't need to sleep for weeks, some people (especially the Taoist kung fu masters in China) develop this ability called "Yin Yang Healing" where they can activate their "chi" to heal all sorts of internal maladies and physical damages. You just happened to "receive" the ability to astrally travel back in time to your childhood years and heal/help your younger self. I've developed a very warm touch that I seem to heat up during the winter and don't need to keep warm as much as a normal person anymore. So keep practicing this Chi Goong martial arts, and who knows how much more invincible you may become. (The normal "hard styles" of martial arts like karate, kung fu, wing chun, tae kwan do, etc) that we're all used to seeing taught at "karate schools" all deal with "External" styles of fighting. This here is an example of "Internal" style of kung fu.

I am a beginner in meditation, though I started many years before but no progress at all. Then I resumes with guided meditation, however with non-stop message and music, in a fast pace. It helped only at the first few times. Like many previous comments mentioned, I appreciate deeply the silence in between the messages, which come at the right time to reset the focus. Thank you! This is exactly what I need now! And it is encouraging to see so many meditators in the path to pursuit of spiritual growth.

I had a cool experience applying your meditations as I drove across the desert towards Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. I was really focusing on allowing my breath to come and go; waiting for each inhale to manifest on it's own, without my prompting. Soon I was feeling very "blissful" which is hard to describe but physically similar to an opiod high. But also a very joyful sense of peace and (freedom?). I didn't want it to stop and remained in that state for a couple of hours; all the way to my destination. I had no desire to put on music, podcasts, or other distractions, which is very unusual for me. Of course once I re-engaged with the world it all kind of dissolved and the thought patterns were back in the driver's seat, so to speak. I'm still able to get back into that state just about anytime I want, but not for very long. Anyway, just though I'd share.
@AwakenTheWorldFilm

The blissful state that you are experiencing is a sign of progress on the path. However it is important to not become attached to blissful feelings. Enjoy them and experience them fully, but don't be attached or identified. If you remain inwardly surrendered to whatever phenomena or state is arising without reacting, you will remain in contact with your true nature. Accept the coming and going of all states and realize who or what is allowing everything to be as it is.

@@AwakenTheWorldFilm I thought you would say that :) . Yes I remember that from the meditation and remembered to remain equanimous as the blissful state dissolved. This entire journey is wonderful; so glad I found your youtube channel.

Terrific. I have done 4x 10 day Vipassana courses. This is the basis of my meditation practice, and especially during the silent retreats, has led me to unspeakable… well... However, upon return to “regular life” and it’s tumults, I often lose the continuity of meditation practice and the quality of concentration wanes. I have known the breath to be a key part of the technique. “Pranayana” is so much more than a gateway to Vipassana: it also seems to be a gateway to Samadhi. Anyway, today’s meditation, with your precise guidance, was a rare gift. It aided me to become sharp as an arrow and to stay on target. The meditation was successful. I’m sure I will use it again. Thank you 🙏

Breathing Once before each sentence this will make this session One Hour, along with the additional Breaths below. Start with a calm and peaceful mind. Relaxing deeply, yet being completely alert and present. Your outer posture should remain strong, but not rigid. Relaxed, but not slumping. Observe the natural breath. During this meditation, do not try to change or manipulate the breath in any way. You are simply observing this one thing that is already happening. Breath is happening, you are just noticing it. Cultivating the skills of concentration and allowing. (3 Breaths) As you observe the breath, don´t be surprised or frustrated when your mind wanders. As soon as you notice the mind has wandered, bring it back to the breath. Remain relaxed. (3 Breaths) The mind will wander, and you will bring it back to the breath. This is the meditation. (12 Breaths) Sometimes you might get lost in thoughts for a while. The practice is to become disinterested in any thought; planning, remembering, worrying, fantasizing. Regardless of what type of thought comes up, just let it go, without judgement. You may experience thoughts, that are judging your meditation, or judging your present experience, as being good or bad. Just let them go. (12 Breaths) As you sit for a period of time, hindrances will arise. Hindrances can come in the form of sleepiness, or restlessness, maybe boredom, or pain and discomfort in the body. When attention is diverted to any particular phenomena, the practice is to be equanimous(calm & composed) with what is. Simply, let it be as it is, and return to the breath. Sometimes, if pain becomes too great, it may be necessary to adjust your position. But with practice, your capacity to work with the hindrances will develop. You may notice, that moving away from your pain, sometimes makes it come back even stronger. Allowing pain to be as it is, opening to it fully, lets it arise, express itself, and pass away. Paradoxically, the way out of pain, is to go into it and experience it fully. (12 Breaths) Another form of hindrance, is wanting or expecting something to happen. Sometimes, blissful feelings will arise, an the mind will try to cling to these experiences, or recreate them. The same thing that applies to unpleasant sensations, applies to peasant sensations. Allow them to be as they are, relaxing into the moment, and always bringing focus back to the breath. Do not look left or right. Only see your meditation object, the breath. (12 Breaths) Observe the pulsation of the breath, the in and the out, expansion and contraction. Be sharp, lucid, present. Simply, abide with the natural breath. The mind may want to do something more interesting. Don´t let it become dull and repetitive. Feel the aliveness of the breath. Go into it. (12 Breaths) Notice every sensation, connected to the breath. From gross sensations, to the most subtle.When you observe the breath, maybe you will notice more air going in one nostril than another. Maybe there is a tightness somewhere in the body, constricting the breath. Maybe in the Hara area, the center located approximately two inches below the navel. Or in the heart area, or in the throat, or any part of the body. Simply notice, and allow it to be as it is. (9 Breaths) Notice how the stomach rises and falls. Is it deep or shallow? Is it changing in quality? Is it sometimes deep, or sometimes shallow? Is it smooth and fluid, or is it choppy? It does not matter what you find, just notice. Don´t try to manipulate the breath. (9 Breaths) Is the air going in the nostrils cooler than the air going out? Maybe there is a tickling sensation at the the nostrils. Can you feel the pulse of the breath? Like waves rising and falling on the ocean. (9 Breaths) Let the breath be free. Let it change, grow and evolve if it wants to. Let it become subtle, or disappear completely, if it wants to. Don´t miss the changes, notice them, no matter how subtle. (9 Breaths) Continue observing, patiently, persistently. It may take some time and practice to be able to stay with the breath without the mind wandering. (9 Breaths) In deep meditation, the flow of concentration is continuous, like the flow of oil being poured in a continuous stream. (9 Breaths) Egoic thoughts are interruptions, in the flow of concentration towards the breath. Don´t push away these thoughts. Don´t repress them, or they will just come back in a different form. But at the same time, don´t become interested in the thoughts. Otherwise, you will soon be daydreaming. The middle-way is: neither pushing away, nor grasping. (9 Breaths) Just observe the breath, and the thoughts will settle down on their own. They will lose power. The patterns of thinking will gradually lose energy, when you don´t feed them your consciousness. Don´t feed the mind. You are using concentration on the breath, to divert the energy away from the mind patterns. (9 Breaths) The breath can move unconsciously, when it is not observed. Or, it can move consciously. Notice if the breath changes when you put your attention on it. Notice any subtle change, when you bring consciousness to your breath. Conscious breath is Pranic breath. It is alive breath. (16 Breaths) When you focus continuously on the breath, your inner energy might begin to increase. This may generate friction, or some uncomfortableness. It may increase whatever patterns are in play. You may experience friction between your intention to stay with the breath, and the old patterns of the mind. This friction may make you want to move, to interrupt the meditation process. But know that this friction is integral to meditation. It is the friction that creates the fire that burns up the self. It is the alchemy that transmutes the duality of your pain and pleasure, into Samadhi. (9 Breaths) Always be surrendering. Always be present. (12 Breaths) Let the breath anchor you in the now. Let the breath ground you. (12 Breaths) If you want to gain mastery over the mind, master the breath. (12 Breaths) There is only one breath, the breath that happens now. (12 Breaths) Let the breath take you deep into your being. Dive deep into the ocean of breath,of inner energy, into the pranic stream. (16 Breaths) If your mind has wandered, if some thought has interrupted the continuous awareness of the breath, the moment you notice it, you will actually be back at the breath. There is actually no doing, when you return to the breath. You don´t do anything to return to the breath. You are simply noticing what the mind is already doing, and letting it go. (16 Breaths) The breath is profound, mysterious, but we take it for granted. We don´t really inhabit the breath.We don´t really feel the breath. Like most things, we perceive only our thoughts about it, not the breath itself. (24 Breaths) Concentration and deep surrender. (33 Breaths) These are the two dimensions of meditation. Be patient, focused, remain aware, remain equanimous(calm & compose), relaxing, present. (69 Breaths)

The only effort that is needed to be done, is in recognizing the ever-Present Truth. Truth - that I am That (Pure Awareness). Once recognized, all effort shifts toward clearing the False Patterning of Consciousness with the Mind (which comprises of Thoughts, Emotions, Feelings, Memories, Body, Intellect) i.e fully transcending the False Identification and replacing it with Correct one, Detaching from the stimulus received from the senses.. Then Creating the reality the way we want through Presence/through being the creator/through Manifesting the Ultimate simultaneously being in the Human Form which will be in Alignment and Congruence with the Laws of Nature & Universe and generate well being for all. Hence it is said that the Greatest gift that you can give to the world is your own Self-Realization. With Love, Light and Blessings to the reader May you realize in the Lifetime and be Free from False. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ Remember the Nature of False is such that it SEEMS True but Actually it isnt. Just like Mirage effect. "Seems" is the keyword.

Well that was pretty amazing! What a deep state of meditation I went into. My whole body felt paralysed. The friction throughout my body felt amazingly crazy. I didn’t want it to end. Thank you this is a life changing meditation! 🙏🏼❤️

It will help in lot of ways. Once I gain this knowledge and higher consciousness. I will write a letter and that will go in hands where it has to go then I will take samadhi. This time no interference and no politics.

Thanks for this video, I was in search of such one. At some point a sudden vibration in my chest startled me while watching the breathing. After some time I was totally blank and had no idea how long I was in it.. When I came back again in presence then I felt a very deep long relaxing breath came out of me. Thanks, my Gratitude.

It sounds like you get it. That deep long relaxing breath can be there as every breath you take. If you continue long enough there is a flip, so that your heart becomes awake, and the YOU that you experience becomes the emptiness itself.

AwakenTheWorldFilm Thanks for the reply. I want to know more - when I do chanting or meditation after sometime I get totally blank and then after sometime I feel a strong blow in my Heart which awakes me from that state and a sound comes out of my deep. It happens regularly and I stay for some 10-20 mins in that state which I don't know. What is that strong blow for?

Thank you for these videos, I find them very helpful and inspiring. I have been meditating for over 30 years and I am still trying, lol. When I first started, I had my own experience of Samadhi. It happened spontaneously and completely unexpected, when I sat down to meditate beside a tree in a park. For just an instant, I became the tree, or the tree became me. I had no idea what happened, but I knew I'd had a spiritual experience. It has never happened again and I am equanimous with that. Hopefully I will be able to visit your centre someday, I am not too far away.

just curious- how much less do you think now during a day compared to time when you started practicing meditation?
@lyndacraig4169
@lyndacraig4169 4 жыл бұрын
@@oliverlaurend6210 I don't think I can answer that question because when I started practicing I was not consciously aware of my thoughts. I would say the difference is that I am now aware of them and I am no longer completely identified with my mind. But, I still struggle with compulsive thinking. At least now, I can observe it as it is happening.

@@lyndacraig4169 I have same case as you do. Somehow I believe all new knowledges about spirituality have rather incresed my mind activity, such like mind observing and commenting itself. I really hope my EGO die before my body , it would be relief, at least my mind told so :D

I used all these for The Violin, Acting and for my Meditation of "Kojak" Episodes. I can handle the Breath now Constantly, except that I make " holded Breath" Retain Breath, Breath THRU the Chakras and BROAD Breath. After that. ONLY narrow Breath. Eleven Episodes in AND on SAMADHI. I reached SAMADHI in Three Years. Though I must mention (and it is just a thought, that my MOM died last year. After that, I finally REACHED. SAMADHI STATE. JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. THANK YOU OSHO, KRISHNAMURTI AND SADGHURUIST MONK. Just......Breath and observe until "YOU REACH THE LOGOS"...THE SPIRAL OF LIFE.....

I missed your last guided meditation, but I’m keeping up with your private meditation every day (with UTube recordings). Sometimes, most of the time, while meditating, I feel like I’m wearing a heavy crown right on the top of my head & at other times I have the sensation of, like a tight band around my head, but above my eyes, going all the way around. But the one I’m most interested in is I often feel, in the upper left side of my head, like that area around my eye & temple, well, it feels dead to me, like when you go to the dentist & get a shot of Novocain. If I touch that area, though, I can feel it just fine. Movement around the area is just fine. Sometimes it feels like the muscles are even sagging as it feels like gravity is pulling down those muscles. This doesn’t happen at all, until I get sort’ve deep in meditation. I will try to attend the next meditation, but maybe you guys can talk about physical sensations while meditating. I mean at your next online meditation meeting. I really appreciate you both & I’m pretty sure I would be bat-sh*t crazy if I weren’t meditating. I mean with the fires and COVID-19 & all that. I started meditating with your recordings at the last days of March, so I’m still a newbie I guess. I’m very grateful that I found Awaken The World anyway. Thank you much! I’m sending this message as a remark bc I don’t have a valid address.
