❤ THANK YOU. Took refuge with Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche when I was 16. I am 61 years old now. My dear old father. ❤️🌺

That was the longest hour of my life. Words cannot describe where it took me (no where), what I learned from it (everything) and how every single word came to me like a firework in slow motion, so bright and startling in a groundless ground and then turned to smoke and disappeared. Words can never express the *total* and , yes, *complete* lack of resistance of every atom of my being to these words. Way beyond any discernment or choosing no me to interpret or decide or *measure* anything. Measuring is one of the sneaky attractions we may not even be aware we are clinging to. Rinpoche helps us go beyond clinging or pushing away *anything* right up front. These teachings start at the deep end of the pool but the freedom from the western mind's habitual judging and assigning significance and choosing needs to hear this right away. The engagement with mind as it is must start in the instant and never let up. Because seeing every movement of mind is to dissolve that movement of mind in that instant. Rinpoche advises and admonishes all throughout that once you have got the hang of meditation as described by him from there on you have the solemn responsibility to not let the side down and to live every moment in that proper meditative state keeping the proper attitude and giving the proper attention to your *awareness* of whatever passes before you. It's the curse, in a way, of having crossed the river and he places this at the start of practice. He knows our potential and he is so sure of it he doesn't offer any other way except inexorably moving toward emptiness. And at the end, my heart stopped when he said that if you let yourself slip away from your practice of what you know and let down the liberation of yourself and all sentient beings through lack of walking though an open door (my words, paraphrasing) there is a special hell you will find yourself in. How many of us on our various paths have slipped or become lost or confused and ceased to live the dharma as we know it even after so many blessings have been bestowed upon us by our cherished teachers and even after we have experienced and tasted the truth, and become dull and slothful in our spiritual privilege? And, for me, it does become it's own sort of hell here on earth even to be so far removed from my own birthright, especially as a human and especially in this lifetime which has clearly drawn me toward spiritual awakening. Every beat of Shiva's drum that creates the universe that I let go by when I could have lived it in truth and in growth and in freedom is a death knell for that moment of creation. And that instant is the only instant. My prayers for you all, you all who listened to this because it resonated with you and because you are capable of hearing it -- my fervent prayers for you all is that you heed Rinpoche's words and don't end up in that special hell because you let even one tiny step toward liberation that you could have taken be the road not taken in your own lives. May all beings be free. Samaneri Jayasara applies herself to choosing these teachings, which means familiarity, forethought and judgment and then she presents them with such respect for the teaching, the teacher and the listener and she handles all the technology and searches for what strikes her as the background sound that harmonizes with the teaching and will hold the teaching and the student together . Wow, what she is making real Art if Art is the practice of aesthetically presenting what we find most elevated and beautiful about ourselves to ourselves. Sorry, no more posts, I promise.

This is pure awareness, expressing itself in the form of pure wisdom of the master and the pure voice of our sister Samaneri. Every word here is Love, truth, awareness, call it by whatever name - the listener becomes it. Effortless, motiveless meditation to 'simply be' without even desiring the result of simply being🙏🌷

What are te 6 kinds of people
@SamaneriJayasara4 жыл бұрын
He's referring to the 6 classes of beings in existence. These include: beings in lower hell realms, animals, humans, various celestial/formless beings including devas and Gods.
@Darens3714 жыл бұрын
Of course these 6 types of beings are also- for human beings-in-the-world- are also psychological types: for instance we might be isolated mediators experiencing exalted states but then not be about to function in the world usefully with others. This could be a type of god realm, self interested in heightened states if awareness but not being of benefit for others.
