there are countless beings like me who have been following you and your channel for a long time never leaving a comment or a thank you, perhaps because it is impossible to thank you for what we have received. but you should know we are here and we remain nameless but full of the grace of the truth you share and the encouragement to complete the journey. samaneri 💥🙏💛💥🧡💥💛🙏

This is a very deep insight of the Dao, yes I understand it's chan Buddhism spiritual philosophy, yet all spiritual vibes originate from the Tao. Empty cloud was born in a caul or embryonic sack. His mother though he was dead but a passing medicine man cut him out of it and he lived. That is the origin of this early poem.He was horribly beaten in the 50's by the red guard, in an attempt to rob him, but he had nothing - he was then over 110 years old. He died at 119 during the famines caused by Mao - he gave most of his food to the starving. He was a enlightened master who was at his death the head of Chinese Buddhism. My friend and teacher when I was a kid was ordained by him so I heard many stories -

Thanks for your note Robert. As a monastic we usually only teach retreats upon invitation that the sangha would organize on our behalf. We don't generally initiate or arrange the logistics for teaching retreats. Hope this makes sense.
