I wonder if you can feel that less now. I too loved her earliest work but have allowed this gifted lady to unfold her gifts along the ways of her visions, never sticking too long at one station. Her concert in Brighton last Friday left me so full of her energy and, well, basic optimism for this life and everyone in it. Made me feel positive--but it's nice to look back too, trawling through the oldest 'tubes'. Herzliche Gruss.

Now THIS is how to shoot a video! Six years old and better than 99% of the new videos shot with new equipment. The clarity and definition is excellent! The hand is steady, the framing of the band and Sam is so good, it really shows her talent at her youth vividly. This video captures what you see when you are close up and see her live!

Not really. The clarity and up close view is good, but from 6:00 until 6:50 when Samantha is performing a brilliant part of her solo, only the back of her guitar is visible, and we only see her hands partially, not the movements of her fingers across the fret board. If you want to see very well shot videos, see her performances at Don Odell's Legends in 2014.

Back in 2013 when this was filmed/recorded , Samantha was working in a trio setting , or solo -- considering what year this is , Samantha is 24 ,,,her 7 piece band came around when she was 28 or 29 -- she's 30 now ...
