@@danielmartinez-it9ol as a 12 year old playing 14u, the best advice I can give is never walk with the middle of your feet on the ground. Her feet need to get used to not using it while flexing her feet.

These were local fielding workout's I have for a few girls that usually don't play in the area. She lives 6 Hrs away from the team she plays for but when she is down there, they usually practice 4 1/2 hrs both days unless they have friendlies on Sunday's or Tournaments.

you're not hating at all. For this session, we intentionally worked short-hops to improve their hand/eye coordination. obviously, during a game we wouldn't want them to allow a 30' pop-up to hit the ground. Thank you.

Killuu Slime sisters this video was on a day we were working on raking through the ball. We made a game out of it and that is why you see her fielding everything on a short hop. 👍🏼
