I can relate sir. My mother, who is 96 and still living on her own, unaided, is still full of life, visiting the theatre, concerts (classical and softpop) and the cinema with me, reading the daily newspaper and lots of books, and eating out whenever an occasion occurs. I know we're very lucky, but I also know this cannot go on forever; I'm dreading the day that will come eventually. Until then, we've stopped drinking regular wines, only sparkling ones, as each glass is a celebration (not every day though). I really wish you a happy reunion soon with your mom and other loved ones.

I lost my mom wenn she was 50 on breastcancer ,she was struggling 3 years before her deadt, she never experienced my wedding and that my brother became a father . And i never got childeren so to who couldn't i talk and cry ?so very lonely ,do not let the people you love be alone even a phone can be soothing .

It's not hard to guess why Nightwish has never performed this song live and probably never will. All band members contributed to it in honor of their parents. They really had a tough time to record it because of the emotions it ignited with them. So Tuomas thought it wise to not perform it live being afraid each and everyone of them would end up in tears on the stage. It has a downside though: because reactors each and every time are advised to react to Nightwish's live performances this jewel of a ballad gets painfully overlooked. Samantha did a tremendous job both by her performance and her adaptation of the lyrics.

Hi Maria, The requests don't only come from the discord. They come from paid requests (where the name is mentioned), free requests (people who fill in the google form) and a few from the comments section. To get back to Beste Zangers 2021 he did a couple of reactions and those ended up on odysee (due to block).
