Hello everyone! It is now the year 2020 and I have finally been able to publish the sheet music for this arrangement!! The audio was originally recorded on pedal harp but some clips were filmed using lever harp for ease of transport.

Amazing! Really accurate and so soothing. How to Train Your Dragon has got to have some of the most distinct and memorable music I've ever heard in a movie, up their with John Williams soundtracks I'd say. Once again, great job.

This is one of the most amazing things i've ever heard. Wow. Just take a second and listen to the power and the passion you give. The fire burning inside. Its amazing. Then mix that with the essences and the love of Toothless and Hiccup. Forbidden to be together. As he watches his friend sail off into the abyss with his father. Tears were shed!!! The love as Hiccup builds a new tail for his new friend as he chooses to break viking law to put everything on the line for a friend. Not just a friend... a soulmate.

just rewatched httyd movies and binge watched all the series(that i had no idea existed until this month!), now i’m here taking a trip down memory lane. httyd was one of the first movies i’ve ever watched as a lil kid(i’m turning 19 this year). can’t believe the first movie was released back in 2010… felt like it was just yesterday. i’m 8 years late but this was such a great performance, Samantha, and i enjoyed every bit of it! totally brings back the memories 💖

Coming back here years later to say thank you - this was the first video that made me properly aware of lever harps, years after I'd first wanted to learn to play as a kid but quickly giving up on the idea because pedal harps are so huge and expensive, and I'd been under the impression that they were the only kind. Listening to this and a bunch of other harpists on youtube while i was studying in uni motivated me to rent a lever harp and eventually to buy my own once i was earning enough, and now I spend most of my evenings and weekends teaching myself to play. It's a huge source of joy in my life and it pretty much started here with this beautiful arrangement, so thank you
