So i thought it was about time to start a weekly vlog as i have been wanting to for so long. This week is Alfies birthday, i also have a massive flare up of my chronic pain i deal with because of fibromyalgia and elhers danlos syndrome.

Well done Sam for being brave enough to do vid when your not at your best, I know just how you feel love and as a fellow Fibro sufferer the symptoms are atrocious, the pain and chronic fatigue, not to mention the memory loss insomnia etc etc are just beyond to control so to be able to do what you are doing now is fantastic and mega brave because unless you have been affected by the mighty FM you probably cannot imagine how this awful disease can ruin your life. Great vid and already looking forward to the next one.

Your very right hun, i was signed off permanently on the sick before KZbin gave me an income so just because i do KZbin it doesn't change how my pain is, it's still the same as before xx

Hi Samantha, I am so sorry you are in such pain, just because your pain does not show, it does not mean that it is not there! Chronic pain is terrible and not a laughing matter. I really feel for you and hope you are feeing better and in not so much pain. Wishing you a more comfortable and happy future.

Thank you. I am really glad you are filming your bad days. As a recently diagnosed Fibromyalgia suffer it helps to see what other people go through because it is so easy for people to think we are making it all up and 'pulling ourselves together' is all it takes : ( I wish it was as easy as that!

I live with chronic illness it not easy as I look ok u can't see my pain I some times feel I need a sign on me as woman hit my with trolley while shopping it as a accidentally but it really hurt me and my sister had to tie my lace and the looks I got ... happy birthday Alfie X

Hi Sam I also live with pain and because you can't see it dosent mean it's not real, I was ounce quite concerned about what other people i.e. strangers thought, but now i couldn't give a toss, I don't need to justify myself to anyone, I have very supportive family. Don't listen to people who mock you they have no idea and then so far can stuff there nasy remarks where the sun dosent shine 😋😂😂

Sam I'd like to be able to bottle Fibromyalgia and give it to a few people for a week.They would beg to have it removed.It is hell on earth.Iv had a chest infection since Christmas.I actually didn't think I would make it this time.Rest as much as you can.💟

Ignore the ignorant people in the world Sam, I suffer with chronic pain too, and because it can’t be seen and like you I take care of how I look when I go anywhere however rare, and people always say you look well! It’s make up and a front, you will totally understand what I am saying. I could really relate to you in the video, your thinking went foggy, I did notice and vlogging it will raise the profile of invisible illnesses keep it up and battle through you no the drill hun, I really felt for you and had a few tears because I completely get it, big hugs 🤗 xxxx

Hi sam I think your amazing how you carry on when your in so much pain. My mate has fibromyalgia and I see the pain she is in. Please don’t worry what others are saying they just don’t have a life or they don’t want to face what’s wrong in their life so that’s why they are being nasty.
