I just love my Mclendon family. GOD IS still Blessing you! We grew up in the same church under my uncle's tutelage; Pastor TJ Martin. Bethel Holy Temple was Blessed with many gifts, but one of our rarest treasures was The McClendon Family. They served GOD without the pretense many artist possess today. When my mother died, they 'sang' at her homegoing service and provided a very bright spot to a very horrific experience. I still remember their melodic tones till this day. They come across through the grands incredible voices😂! I miss Aunt Ruth, Kenny & Beverly. Rest on Tom and Carl❤❤❤

One Inez McClendon(CIP) and the WSHS Chorus introduced me to this song. This was a favorite of ours, I think. This and Carol of the Bells. This is such a warm and beautiful moment. There's a portrait here too if any able are willing to capture a glimpse. When something is spoken of as "food for the soul" this is a sure example.
