Sambar Deer Scent Spray Tested! - theHunter Classic

Sambar Deer is hard to hunt, certainly the big bucks! Testing the new scent spray in my treestand place where known to have many deer around and ending up shooting my personal best buck scoring 330!

3 facts about sambar deer 1sambar deer males are called stags or a young one is a spike 2 sambar are easy to hunt I've shot hundreds of them 3 no sambar don't come to calls if you jump one that's bedded it will run but you can honk at them sometimes they stop to have a look but hope that info helps

is it better to spray on the ground around your tree stand , or spray it in the air when you are in your stand

It does not matter at all. The game will remember only the coordinate where you used the spray and make the animal go to that point.

Scent spray is totally worthless to me. Why does it matter having 150m reach when you can lure most animals with a caller? Insanely trash item.

So many years after I stopped playing this game due to lack of realism, and animals still drop like rag dolls after an arrow in the lungs. Very disappointing.
