I’m noticing a trend of buccal fat removal. My honest opinion is that it’ll create an atrophy in the long run when collagen production slows down. So results will be looking gaunt and not like 90’s supermodels, but more of a user/addict in recovery. There’s just no way to reverse the effects. At least for now.

She agrees with you and has not had this done. She’s lost quite a bit of weight since she’s started her fitness journey and she’s obviously quite tall and thin naturally.
