Pretty sure the people in chat are wrong about qins. The less health on the buyer of qins the better. You would be getting more damage if you had like 1k health hitting someone with 3k health versus you having 3k and then having 1k. You want to be on the losing end of the health gap between you and your enemy to get the most damage you can.
