My buddy talked about his IVF experience with his wife. He pretty much said you prepay for the medical cycles, he paid like 38k for 3 treatment plans or attempts and 1 could take, none could take and he pretty much wasn't guaranteed to get any more cycles if one takes at all. And adoption wasn't expensive for them, aside from the cost of fostering. They eventually did a foster to adopt program. And they went through fostering multiple kids because a lot of parents take advantage of those programs and emotionally extort the foster parents who form parental and familial bonds with these children. And it's quite common practice for those kinds of harmful and toxic actions from parents. The worst part about it is the ones who you would want to foster the children get hit the hardest due to emotional extortion only happens to the foster parents that love their foster child.

Exactly. And even in the case of a mother giving up their newborn, if they change their mind it can be devastating to the people aspiring to be parents. I watched a couple go through a complete meltdown after supporting a mother through her pregnancy only for her to change her mind immediately following the birth of the child. It's one of the most devastating things I've ever witnessed. People that act flippant about family planning really don't have any clue the amount of hardship some people have to go through.

@somecallmejorge2462 Yea my buddy kept having the mother threaten to withdraw the child from the program. Any time they brought it up up, the people from the program were like there's nothing we can do. If she isn't directly threatening extortion they can't do anything. Multiple times they had to go and drop their (now) kid back off to her mother.

Also, I know you don't usually read older comments from videos more than a couple of days old unless you haven't uploaded for a bit, but fyi civilians can absolutely get charged with war crimes. As someone who has deployed 3 times in the Marines, we had civilian contractors that worked alongside us to work and maintain certain equipment/ machines. Granted, they were never outside the wire kicking in doors, running ops and missions with us, but there are quite a few things they could have done that would have resulted in a war crime. Also, war crimes are typically worse, and neither typical put people to death but it really depends on the severity of the charge. But if it's egregious enough there is a good chance you'll end up in a classified hole somewhere getting interrogated which is arguably worse than being put to death...

Hey Sam challenge idea. Start the game with zero gold. To do this you’ll have to buy stuff, walk out of the fountain, walk back into the fountain, sell everything and repeat this process until you have a little left where you can buy potions and immediately use them. This will be very hard but I don’t think you’ve ever done it. It’ll be like the 1500 pot mercury but without the speed pot.
