Samdish, I'm from Haryana. I really loved the video. This is the reality of Haryana. I would love to see more videos about Haryana as the elections are approaching. There are no good schools in most of the villages. The situation of Government hospitals are worse. I graduated from Delhi University and whenever I visit my hometown, I strongly feel the need to change many things over here but unfortunately I can't do much about it. Hi Samdish, I'm from Haryana and would like to correct you on 1 thing. At 11:16 the Water body you see is not Naale ka Paani, it is actually called 'Jhod'. It is used to bathe buffalos and it is built through the water coming from the canals bordering the village. While the waste water is generally collected in pits near the outskirts of the village to make soil fertile. BTW, Amazed to see you coming to the depth of Haryana. Much Love and Respect

I live in Jind , and what the last dada ji said is absolutely correct. There are 2 stadiums in jind but not well maintained, we do have hospitals but majorly patients are referred to Rohtak PGI or Hisar . Haryana definitely needs development.

Being from BudhaKhera Lather village, 3 km from Julana. I've spent almost 12 years there. When samdish said modern village it took me back to 2015 my engineering days where me & my friends often refer to it as Modern village in sarcasm. Sadly the situation remains the same. Currently in Vancouver, when this popped up on my feed i knew I had to watch this. It made me nostalgic and took me back to my childhood days. When i visited my village this year all i remember is happy faces. It's their strength that you'll see only happy faces everytime. I know all about the electricity cuts and their respective timing , how for good hospitals either you need to go to Rohtak or Jind. I'm not sure how politics works at the rural level , all i remember from childhood is when it's elections time people will come door to door or in the village to ask for votes and after that i don't know this place and aap hai kon?

I am from Haryana. And you can make out from the conversations here that how much of a difference in mentality it makes if someone works and stays outside the village. The BSF individual is what we need as Panchayat head in all villages, and the State would do better. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen. People till today win elections based on Caste, Religion, Money. Still optimistic that change will happen at the ground level.

I’m from South Haryana. BJP’s mistakes were arrogance of Khattar, very few jobs, destruction of govt schools and colleges, less infra development in ggn, Rewari. BJP’s pros- fair recruitment in few govt jobs they gave, bypass to Narnaul, irrigation water in canals, purchase of all food grains in govt Mandis. Congress’ pros- development of infra , trauma centre, sainik school, IG university. Cons- Giving govt jobs to Jats, rampant corruption, denying irrigational water (mere 12 days in a month) to south Haryana. P.S.- Both promoted illegal mining and destruction of Aravali Hills, cleanliness (Municipality) is poor.
