The moment I saw you speaking about this on Instagram, I just went “Yep! That’s me!”. Each and every day is a carbon copy of the day that came before it, and for me, it’s been that way since the pandemic started. What I’ve realised is just how much time I spend each day just surviving - caring for medical issues, trying to keep myself well, etc. Everyday I try to find ways to streamline the process of survival to open up more opportunities to live differently. This video is going to resonate with so many people Kate. Thanks for posting.

Ahh I’m so glad it’s not just me!! I reckon Groundhog Day was a common theme during the pandemic for many people, it definitely was for me too! I totally relate to just surviving the day instead of living it. I’m so glad you’ve found ways to live differently, it can be so refreshing 🙌 Thank you so much for watching 🧡

Interesting video! I've found myself changing various bits of my routine in recent weeks. I always listen to comedy (or a podacst) on the way to and from work. Recently, I've felt the need to change it up and hear the sounds around me. Probably related to increased stress and looming deadlines at work. Whatever the reason, the change has been nice and allowed me to see things differently. I like your idea of putting pins in such things.

I love that change! Sometimes it’s nice to listen to the natural noises of the world rather than music or a podcast. What a great change! Well done 👏👏

Delete social media. Volunteer somewhere (your healthy physical state and energy is needed by someone) to 'get out of yourself'. Rise early and watch the day's light instead of screen light. Maybe your micro-changes will lead to something like that.
