So I agree it's cute but um, let me just explain real quick. According to the hand-drawn PV, the girl was hiding all her sorrows, but then she and the boy met. They fell in love but she still couldn't find any meaning to living and threw herself out of the classroom window, right before him. She said goodbye and disappeared from his world, and the ending was a scene of him sitting next to his silent phone, waiting for a call that would never come, and then a vase of flowers sitting on the desk she once sat at. Aka this is a feels song, shtap laughing.

If you interpret the song based on the story of Kagerou Project, it's about the friend ship between Shintaro and Ayano. It's safe to assume she had feelings for him but thought he didn't reciprocate them. If that's the case this song is kinda her telling him her feelings.she later kills her self to save her family. It wasn't because she was upset that he didn't love her back or anything. It's just because her "father" wanted to kill her adopted siblings, Seto, Kano, and Kido. ((Father is in quotes because the one doing it isn't really her father it's an alternate personality.)) Anyways, he plans to kill them to bring back his wife, in short she thought "if I die and gain a 'snake' but never return from the 'other dimension' then he can't bring mother back so my family will be safe." Hence why it talks about how "she has to leave soon" and how she is "right next to his room and yet so far" she's watching over him but he can't see her. He sits by his phone waiting for the call that will never come because he cannot accept that she's gone, likely wishing he could've saved her somehow. And the "had the same dream again last night" is talking about how he keeps meeting up with and talking to Ayano through his dreams since she is /technically/ alive just in a different dimension. That's just if you interpret it based on the songs / manga / anime Kagerou Project. Btw the manga is called Kagerou Daze and the anime is Mekaku City Actors ^^

That's my guess too. I think the clock right there isn't representing the time at all. I think it's symbolic of her life and it would keep going so long as she was still alive. So as soon as it stopped in the video it was to mark the moment she either died or took her life. That's just my guess though. Dang, I didn't realize it the first time, thanks for pointing that out! It really makes the story here so much more powerful!
