When I was younger, I asked my dad why being gay was considered a sin, he responded with a theory. That theory was that at one point in history, homosexuality was considered bad because it didn't help the population. This video makes me laugh because I've had that thought in my head for so long and it's great to see that some one else has used that thought to make this.

This is hilarious, but it's actually semi educational if you know what you're talking about when it comes to the bible. The only reason the rule of "a man shall not lie with another man" was put into the bible was because, in the time period that it was written, the christian population was small and dwindling and they needed opposite genders to procreate to make their people stronger and larger as a whole and the only way to actually get people to do that/ listen back then was to scare them into thinking it was an abomination to be with people of the same sex. But it's completely unnecessary today considering the amount of christians all over the world. In fact, if anything is making people NOT want to be christian these days it's the small mindedness and bigotry of the "hardcore christians" that take everything literally in the bible instead of practicing the love of God and accepting people for who they are and who they love. It's. Just. Love.
