My employer dismissed me for frustration of contract. I have been an employee for over 20 years and they only paid me 1 week per year. Their lawyer said that, they didn’t have to pay me anything, my union says that is unwritten but in our contract it goes by the ESA. I feel that I am not getting what I am owed. I have been in nursing for over 40 years, and my last 20 yrs+ I worked in LTC, 16yrs working steady nights. Please explain to me if this is normal. Thank You
