Thank you for your information. I was Wrongful Terminated after my Immediate Supervisor came Belittle, Berated and Humiliated me in front of 3 of my Coworkers. I recieve a call from the Sr. Manager who wasn't there placing only me on Paid Suspension pending an Investigation. Well No one ever called me about the so call Investigation. I was Wrongful Terminated after I made a Complaint of my Immediate Supervisor Unprofessional, Retilation Conduct as well informing them that, I Filling a EEOC Charge.

I work for a Major Hospital. We were told we are required to report to work because we are essential workers however we are not receiving essential pay/hazard pay. Who can we contact to inquire about this, tell us our rights for being an essential employee and to see if we are eligible to receive and hazard benefits?

My Daughter was let go today! OCT 27, when she started her Vaccation period Oct 1, 2021- Oct 16, 2021 with no pay as they said she was getting Vaccation pay in Whistler, B.C. on her Deposits Biweekly. She has never received any Statements of checks She was Made to take a Very Important Business Call during the second Vaccation week but all Telus Cells were down. They say she has not had Valid Excuses on all 3 Write ups prior to Vaccation time but no copies have ever been trsfd to her by paper copy thru mail In person Or by Email What are her rights? Btw today she has a Daughter of 7 who encountered Head lice with pics on her to prove it. And that wasn't good enough. Also at the end of her phone call Today Oct 27, 2021 They Verbally over phone stated when firing her on phone Said that most of the Staff or Sales team was and had been away during this so called Special Sales Call she was to have made when there was no Telus Communications working in Canada that day Also "I suppose you knew it was coming Meaning the firing 🔥 😳 🤣 As we kinda thought we had to wait till you got back in Town Whistler, B.C. Oct 27, 2021 My question is to you Is there anything that can be done? Also how can she retrieve other than Email all firing squad today? And records of statements from Biweekly cheques with supposedly her Vaccation pay included Biweekly for the last yr. Along with a letterhead from the first time she was hired what her contract would read to having her sign a second contract in the month of May stating that she would be having to take a $16,000 pay cut also any commission money that has been made through the corporation has never paid her a dime however all other sales people including the head sales team member has received contract money from commissions but her when inspect the first letter when she was hired stated she would receive a piece of the pie evenly as all sales people would providing there was a sale now why has she never been paid a dime as I see it they had owed her somewhere around $50,000 in commission fees but she never seen a dime of it!!
