Great advice and video's. I''ve been on LTD for yrs. For the first 5yrs, I attended many IME, FCE etc., all supporting my ltd disability. On at least 2 of them, the assessors reinjured and/or severely aggravated my injuries. My treating Dr. and physio supported me limiting IME's. I don't know how common IME injuries are, can you cover this issue?

I got made to make movements in which I was unable to do - and got injured as well. My lawyer (a super pro disability lawyer with 100's of cases under there belt) blew it off - just get the paper workdone so you can get closer to mediation. These ins co assessments mean nothing.
