I saw a documentary regarding this subject where you can hear some American Indian talking about Mustapha Zemmouri as a holy person like a father to them, he was from MOROCCO believed to be the first Muslim Arab and African to land foot on America's land he spoke many languages and was able to communicate with the native very quickly, all the stories and the writen books agreed that he died in America but they didn't agree on the way he died. He sailed with the Spanish to America centuries before Columbus. They have picture of him and many Spanish writers wrote Mustapha Zemmouri and they had a nick name for him in Spanish "Estevanico" .I don't know why they are hiding these information from the world. I also saw few videos on KZbin talking about this guy.

Wow that's interesting. In Germany they don't tell even one thing about this. All they tell is that Columbus wanted to find a new way to get to India but accidentally found America and the natives fought that Columbus and his men are gods. It was always weird how he accidentally found America and why should other people think that other humans are gods even when they didn't believe in a god according to history.

This is very interesting, thanks. About 12 years ago, I was visiting Sedona, Arizona for an event and we had an American Native Chief performing an opening ceremony. During his movement and chanting prayers, I noticed several times him saying something that sounded a lot like Allah. All the facts you mentioned about the maps and the sailing capabilities in those days, makes this very credible. We are not living in a time of truth telling at the moment. Please continue your research and gathering facts. I am sure the time will come when they will be a lot more appreciated it that now. But I do appreciate your work and have had similar thoughts in this regard in the past.

The 5-pointed arch and other features were present in so many masjids in the Arab world, before Notre Dame was built.

This is 1 million percent truth. I'm Puerto Rican and in our language there is many words derived from Arabic. One example is the common saying Ojalá. Everyone says this when hoping for something to happen or come to pass. It is exactly the same as Inshalla. Even though many practice and were taught to believe in the colonizers religion Catholicism, they unknowingly use Ojalá (Inshalla) when they are making an affirmation. It's crazy. They deny Allah through ignorance but turn around and still ask Allah for what their hearts desire through cultural and ancestral words they don't even take the time to study.

In fact a few years ago there was a Scandinavian team in Morocco, trying to replicate the voyage across the Atlantic using wood and bamboos made ships. Acording to Farley Mowat in "West Viking" Columbus visited Iceland a year or so before he set off for what he thought was the Indies. From the Icelanders he learned from the Sagas about land in the West. He also had a friend in the Vatican and from him he knew that the Greenland Vikings paid their dues to the Vatican, it was all on record. Besides that, English fishermen from Bristol were regular visitors to Greenland and the Grand Banks so the fact that there was land n the West was well known to Columbus. His mistake was that he miscalculated the circumference of the Earth and thought that he had arrived in the East indies rather than discover what turned out to be "the New World." But no doubt others got to this new world before Columbus otherwise there would have been no native population when he arrived. Other people were sailing all over long before the Europeans.

It's also said that Iranian muslims had influence in the east coast of America. While Moroccans landed in central America and western coast. There was some evidence that some tribes from the east coast had similar dress codes as Iranian Bakhtiari clans. Natives were all migrators and Bakhtiari (they still exist) are also migrators. My studies of arabic gives me the word "BINT" as daughter or NIña therefore I think only two ships came; the Santamaría which was called "La Gallega" after the land of columbus wife (Galicia) and La Niña, in arabic Al Bint, giving origin to La Pinta.

He didn't discovered american map, what piri reis did is he collecting every map exist from the time of mesopotamia to ottoman era and doing calculation based on astrolab created by ibnu al syatir. at that time, in West moor people Who go to america continent, while in east they ask mughal and Malacca empire about position of stars. By doing all of this calculation and geography mapping, he create the world first accurate map ever exist. Today, its only have 3 degree error which is impresive because geography land already change than back then
